Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

Here are the steps to follow for returns/replacement

  • Step 1
    • Raise a return/ replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received the wrong or expired product(s).
      • Please raise a request here with order and contact details -
      • You can also raise a request with us using the Whatsapp Chat option available on the bottom right corner of our web pages.
    • In case of damaged/ missing product(s), raise a return/ replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Step 2 – Give us 2 working days to review your return request.
  • Step 3 – After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you.
  • Step 4 – In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. 
  • Step 5 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.
  • You have the time of 3 days to return an item from the date you received your ordered item.
  • The item would be eligible to return when it is unused and in the exact condition when you received it.
  • The ordered item must have its original packaging.
  • The item would also require a purchase receipt as proof of purchase
  • We will inspect the item after receiving it. You will also be notified that we have received the item returned by you.
  • Once the inspection of the item is completed, you will also get a notification about your refund status.
  • We will commence a refund within 10-15 working days if the refund gets approved (payment to the credit card or original payment mode).
  • Kindly note: Orders with incorrectly dispatched items or damaged/expired items will be liable for returns only
  • Return requests in any other situations will not be entertained


Shipping Charges

You will be accountable to pay your shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping costs will be subtracted from the refund amount if you receive a refund.
